08/2015 ~   Beijing Clavis Consultants (Beijing) Ltd.  General Manager Clavis was founded by Mr.Tom Behrens – Sorensen, the former Chairman of Maersk North Asia and also a founding member of DCCC.  We provide workforce analytics and HR management solutions to both multinational and Chinese clients across industries.

12/2014 ~ 07/2015 Shenzhen Huawei University   Learning & Development Manager Huawei is a global leader in ICT industry.  Its telecom network equipment, IT products and solutions, and smart devices are used everywhere in the world.  I was involved in a project called GSET / Global Solutions Elite Team to train more than 12,000 solution experts within 3 years.

05/2010 ~ 12/2014 Xiamen United Ocean Engineering/UOE Group  Subsidiary General Manager & Executive Assistant to the Chairman UOE group is a private integrated maritime service provider.  I worked as General Manager of two subsidiaries. Besides that, I also worked as the Executive Assistant of our Chairman and was in charge of all corporate investment projects as well as legal affairs..
