Mads Vesterager Nielsen

I am currently the head of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China (DCCC), which implies that I manage the interests of the members of DCCC. It is my passion to improve relations between China and Denmark, both on business and people-to-people levels and in this effort the DCCC plays a key role in the Danish community in Beijing. 

I believe that it is important to understand the challenges that Danish companies are facing in China and to consider how Danish solutions can contribute to social development in China. I have studied and worked in China for the last three years and my hope is to further strenghten the governmental cooperation between China and Denmark and to develop business opportunities for Danish companies in China.

My background is thoroughly grounded in the study of China - both through studying China Studies at the University of Copenhagen and studying Public Management and Social Development at the Copenhagen Business School program of Sino-Danish Center in Beijing.
