Gertz Danish Bakery originates from the Nyborg bakery established in 1760. As the former royal family bakery suppliers, the old Nyborg bakery has long been well-known in the area, and it was taken over by master baker Emil Richard Gertz, and use the Gertz brand ever since until today. In 2017, Gertz Danish Bakery bring the most original Danish cuisine and most popular healthy concept to China, using natural and safe raw materials and ingredients imported from Denmark, and with all process with traditional Nordic hand-made technique, while complying with European organic standards.
